Tell us a little about your professional career. 🚗
I had my first contact with digital marketing in 2011, during an internship in Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom. In 2013 I launched the blog Community Manager Portugal and in 2018 I embraced a new project of my own - the Social Ninjas agency. I've worn many hats in my career - strategist, community manager, trainer, manager, copywriter, commercial - and I've collaborated with brands such as Texas Instruments, American Tourister Portugal, SIKA, Cavalinho, Flama, Andreia Professional, ARCH Valadares, Alentejo Wines and Prio Energy.
As a result, I have a unique ability to deal with complex challenges and multidisciplinary projects involving social media, online advertising, content marketing, analytics and SEO.
I am also a teacher at Aveiro Digital School / ISCIA, having already taught at entities such as IPAM, Flag, Restart and Galileu.
How is your day-to-day at Social Ninjas? 👩💻
My day is, in most cases, a sequence of repetitions from the previous day. As much as I plan and strive to try something new daily, it is difficult to maintain total sanity. Team notifications on the slack, emails from customers, tasks to complete on the clickup. And repeat. But those who run for pleasure do not get tired and every day is a challenge that I face, especially with the help of the team.
