Someone with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or similar areas;
• Experience as a social media manager or community manager;
• Ability to manage multiple pages and profiles in the different social media platforms;
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Agorapulse, Swonkie, Sprout Social or similar;
• Knowledge of other digital marketing channels;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English, spoken and written (eliminatory factor).

To do:

• Create, manage and grow each brand’s presence through strategically relevant blogging, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, among other online platforms;
• Define and implement each client’s social media strategy;
• Research, suggest and publish content daily;
• Monitor social media metrics and propose improvement actions;
• Collaborate with other teams (internal and external) to ensure brand consistency across channels;
• Communicate with followers, ambassadors and influencers, providing answers to their questions in a timely manner;
• Oversee all social media accounts to ensure consistency and update of information across channels;
• Research industry trends, target audience and analyze competition;
• Stay current with current technologies and trends.
